Description: This health screening includes a complete lipid panel (blood glucose, HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, and triglycerides labs), blood pressure, height/weight/BMI (body mass index) measurement, health risk assessment, and a complimentary health coach consultation to explain your results and discuss potential next steps. Appointments are available every 15 minutes between 7:00 am – 10:00 am.
