Development Manager and Volunteer Services

Rosa joined the Western Wisconsin Health team in 2017 as the Development Manager. She has over 20 years of experience with non-profit work and oversees the Western Wisconsin Health Foundation and volunteer services. Rosa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in San Antonio and has a background in event planning, volunteer and program management, fundraising, and human resources. In 2021, Rosa received her Certification in Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the Lilly School of Philanthropy through the Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis program.

In her free time, Rosa enjoys spending time with her kids and husband, hiking and crafting.
