WW Health Now Renting Community Garden Plots for 2018

Western Wisconsin Health is excited to announce the return of the community garden on our campus.  We’re looking for gardeners who are interested in renting plots. The raised bed portion of the garden is ready and we anticipate the large garden plot area to open by mid-May (weather permitting).

The garden will continue to be located behind the new fitness center and therapeutic pool. Gardeners are invited to grow vegetables and/or annuals. The WW Health community garden is completely organic. No pesticides or herbicides will be permitted. Gardeners are provided with access to water, quality soil and compost, and 5’ by 10’ raised garden beds. There is a mixture of single and double high beds for easy accessibility to meet the needs of all types of gardeners. There are also picnic tables in the garden area. A variety of plot sizes will be available, along with a limited number of raised garden beds.

Reserve your plot today:

  • Limited number of raised garden beds.
  • 10’ x 20’ plots will also be available this year in a large garden area (special sizes available upon request).
  • Cost: $20 (non-refundable)
  • Renters are expected to keep their space free of weeds.
